Agreement to Promote Sustainable and Inclusive Cassava Market Development

Ministry of Commerce is facilitating an agreement to promote sustainable and inclusive development of cassava markets in Cambodia.

The update was shared in a post on the ministry's Facebook page, adding that official signing of the agreement has set to take place today between United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and cassava processing firm Green Leader.

As notified, Commerce Minister H.E. Pan Sorasak will witness the event taking place at the ministry office here in Phnom Penh.

With the agreement, Cambodia expects not only to promote the cassava exports to international markets, but also to encourage sustainable market chain accessible by all in the country.
