Cambodia Hosts Workshop to Promote French Use

Cambodia has hosted a workshop on Francophonie and Parliament's Affairs in order to promote French use in the Kingdom, especially in law-making body.

Co-chaired by H.E. You Hokry, First Vice President of the National Assembly (NA) and visiting French Senator Ms. Catherine Proccacia, the workshop took place on May 17-18 here in Phnom Penh.

The workshop was organised by Cambodian NA's General Secretariat in collaboration with the Parliamentary Assembly of La Francophonie (APF).

It was participated by members of the parliament, national and international speakers, and representatives from Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie, Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie as well as relevant departments, institutions and universities.
