Cambodia, Macao Sign MoU on Cooperation Framework for Promotion of Friendship

Cambodia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MFA-IC) and Macao Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China signed here yesterday afternoon a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Cooperation Framework for Promotion of Friendship.

The MoU was inked by Senior Minister and Minister of MFA-IC H.E. Prak Sokhonn and visiting Chief of Executive of the Macao Special Administrative Region H.E. Chui Sai On, following their meeting at the ministry office.

According to the MFA-IC, this MoU aims at promoting exchange and cooperation in tourism, culture, study and training, and trade, as well as youth and business exchanges.

In the meeting, both sides recalled the Cambodia-China cooperation and laid stress on the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between the two countries and the 15th anniversary of their comprehensive strategic partnership of cooperation.
