Cambodia’s Rice Wins 2018 World Best Rice Award

Cambodian premium fragrant rice branded as Malys Angkor has won the World's Best Rice award � the fourth achievement it earned for Cambodia.

The good news was shared recently by the Cambodia Rice Federation, following the world contest taking place in Hanoi of Vietnam from Oct. 10 to 12, as part of the 10th TRT World Rice Conference 2018.

Since participating in the annual World Best Rice contest, Cambodia's rice has been crowned four times with best awards � in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2018.

The presence of Cambodia's rice in the world platform has promoted the products in international markets.

The Kingdom exported over 271,000 tons of milled rice to markets across the world in the first six months of this year.
