CDC Approves Over US$170 Million Investment Projects

Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) has licensed six new investment projects worth over US$170 million.

The update has been shared in its press release recently, adding that the approved investment projects take forms of shopping mall, solar power plant, high class hotel, pharmaceutical plant, garment factory, and pipe and other plastic products manufacturing plant.

The licensed firms including Ling Xiu International located in Preah Sihanouk province, Schneitec Renewable and Hershey Plastic Industrial (Cambodia) in Kampong Speu province, and Noro Mall, Cath Pharma and Saier (Cambodia) Garment Co., Ltd. in Phnom Penh.

The new investment projects are expected to generate over 2,000 jobs for the locals.
