Gender Mainstreaming among University Students

Ministry of Women's Affairs is mainstreaming gender in tertiary education in order to promote the knowledge among university students.

Taking place at an outsourced venue here in Phnom Penh yesterday, the mainstreaming session was chaired by Women's Affairs Secretary of State H.E. Ms. Im Sithe.

Competent officials of the ministry, youth network, development partners and students from four universities, including the Royal Universities of Phnom Penh, of Agriculture, and of Law and Economics and the University of Cambodia.

The activity was organised through the project called Leading the Way for Gender Equality (LWGE) funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency.
