Leading Chinese Property Development Interested in Cambodia

Management of a leading Chinese property development company Shanghai Guozhi Group has pledged to mobilise more investment to Cambodia, while the group is signing US$200 million investment with a Cambodian partner.

The information was shared from a meeting granted by Cambodia's National Assembly President Samdech Akka Moha Ponhea Chakrei Heng Samrin to the visiting delegation of Shanghai Guozhi Group at his office here in Phnom Penh yesterday.

In the meeting, General Manager of the Group Mr. Ge Chuanbao who led the visiting delegation to Cambodia expressed his appreciation of Cambodia's investment climate and potentials and looked forward to more investments with Cambodia.

During the visit, the company will sign a US$200 million investment with its Cambodian partner Chhay Chhay Investment, he said.

From his side, Samdech Akka Moha Ponhea Chakrei Heng Samrin welcomed the delegation and thanked them for the cooperation with Cambodia.
