NIDIR and NIPTICT Reach MOU on Human Resource Training

National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MFA-IC) and National Institute of Posts, Telecoms, and ICT (NIPTICT) of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications reached here yesterday a Memorandum of Understanding on human resource training.

Under Secretary of State for MFA-IC and President of NIDIR H.E. Chhiv Yiseang and President of NIPTICT H.E. Seng Sopheap signed the MoU under the presidency of Senior Minister and Minister of MFA-IC H.E. Prak Sokhonn.

This partnership will boost the growth of human resources for the telecoms and ICT development in Cambodia, said H.E. Chhiv Yiseang, adding that for the next step, the cooperation would be expanded to distance learning and cyber security.

H.E. Seng Sopheap said that cooperation between NIDIR and NIPTICT will contribute significantly to human resource development in both ministries and other relevant ministries which is very necessary at the present time.
