PM: Monarchy, Not Belong to Any Political Parties

Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen has reminded that the monarchy does not belong to any political parties.

Addressing to a get-together with 16,474 workers and employees from ten factories and enterprises in Sa-ang and Koh Thom districts, Kandal province this morning, Samdech Techo Hun Sen said the monarchy in Cambodia belongs to all, not for any political parties.

The Premier took the opportunity to reaffirm the ruling party's stance over the Cambodian monarchy. No one can dissolve monarchy. Those who want to do so have to 'kill' me first, he underlined.

Samdech Techo Hun Sen also called on all political parties not to try to link the monarchy to their respective parties, adding that they all should fully respect His Majesty the King.
