Unlicensed Residential Land Dealers Warned

Royal Government of Cambodia has warned to take legal action against unlicensed residential land dealers in the country.

H.E. Pen Sophal, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, notified the intention in a recent seminar here in Phnom Penh.

At the same time, the secretary of state alerted the people to be more careful before buying residential lands.

Cambodia is undergoing rapid development, making the real estate a lucrative sector, and the government is monitoring this to ensure the business fully complies with the country's law.
